Mobile license

SmartBlur Pocket is a separate product from SmartBlur Desktop. A desktop license does not unlock Pocket Pro. The free tier includes on-device image processing, looks, review, and the local export library. Pocket Pro is a one-time purchase for batch photos, deep scan, 360° face detection and license-plate detection. Cloud video uses separately purchased consumable credits, subject to the file, job, credit, and retention limits shown in the app.

Purchases

Apple or Google charges the price and currency shown before purchase. The Pro unlock and cloud credit packs do not automatically renew. Store rules control billing and refunds. You can restore an eligible Pro purchase in SmartBlur settings; cloud credit usage is tracked separately by the service.

Accounts and credits

Cloud video uses your shared SmartBlur account. Eligible new verified accounts receive a one-time ten-minute welcome grant when first signing in to Pocket. Purchased minutes remain linked to that account and do not expire. A job requires sufficient credit for its full duration; credits are reserved before processing, charged for the processed duration, and released when processing fails. Pro does not include cloud video credits. Refunds can reverse credit associated with the refunded purchase.

The 2026 Android promotion applies only to Pocket Pro and Pocket credit packs, through December 31, 2026 in Asia/Jakarta (ending January 1, 2027 at 00:00 WIB). The store displays the actual local price before purchase; currency rounding can result in a slightly larger discount. Desktop prices are separate. Purchases made during the offer keep their purchased access or minutes after the promotion ends.

Media and acceptable use

You keep ownership of your media. You grant SmartBlur a limited, temporary right to process a video solely to provide the requested cloud redaction. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and consent. Do not use SmartBlur to violate law, privacy or publicity rights, intellectual-property rights, or to create or distribute unlawful or deceptive content.

Detection can miss or incorrectly mark objects. You are responsible for reviewing every result before disclosure or publication. SmartBlur does not promise that redaction makes media legally anonymous or suitable for a specific compliance regime.

Availability and termination

Cloud processing depends on network, store entitlement, quotas, and server capacity. We may reject unsafe, unsupported, oversized, or abusive jobs. We may suspend Pocket Pro access for fraud, attacks, shared entitlement identifiers, or breach of these terms. Store billing rights and legally required remedies are not limited by this section.
