1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if your license key has not been activated. Since SmartBlur offers a pro trial with full detection capabilities, you can evaluate the software thoroughly before purchasing.
2. After Activation
Once a license key has been activated (used to unlock the software on any device), refunds are granted at our discretion. We will consider refund requests if:
- The software does not perform as described on our website and we are unable to resolve the issue through support.
- There was a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount).
- You purchased multiple seats by mistake and have not activated the extra keys.
3. Renewals
License renewal payments are non-refundable once processed, as they extend the update period of an already-activated license.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Include your license key and PayPal order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email).
- Briefly describe the reason for the request.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original PayPal account used for payment.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through PayPal and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
- Any applicable currency conversion fees charged by PayPal are not reimbursable by us.
- Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and the software will revert to trial mode.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through PayPal or your bank before contacting our support, we reserve the right to immediately revoke the associated license key. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
