Privacy model
- Photos and videos are processed on your Windows device for the core blur workflow.
- Original files are not overwritten; SmartBlur exports redacted copies.
- Use fixed rectangle or ellipse regions for stationary identifiers that automatic detection cannot classify, such as screens or documents.
Install in four steps
- 1Download the SmartBlur installer.
- 2Run the installer and follow the setup wizard.

SmartBlur Camera
In this supported website installer, enable SmartBlur Camera and select it in a compatible webcam app. The Microsoft Store package does not include this driver.
